Just do what they say. Seriously great service. I came for water testing when my pool was out of control because of the summer heat and yellow algae. I didn’t even know I had that issue but they figured it out from photos and my description. They didn’t just test the water, they prescribed me just the right chemicals and walked me through every step, and answered all my questions for a $10 a visit? It took about 3 weeks and 4 visits but well worth it to take my pool from green and depressing to clean and beautiful. Keep doing what you’re doing, folks!

The ladies at One Pool Shop knows exactly how to maintain a pool. When I first came to them… they would finish my sentence now that is service. Ashlee is so knowledgable and amazing but really every lady in there is so sweet and knows their stuff!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Denise and the team at One Stop Pool Shop. We “inherited” an above ground pool when the house was purchased. The first couple of years we weren’t good about going and getting our water tested, and had some lucky times, but eventually that bit us. The ladies there helped us get it back in shape and their recommendations and products worked beautifully. The last season we faithfully went once a week to get our water tested and they actually saved us money from what we were doing before, helping us maintain amazing water. These ladies know their pools and their customers. They know me as soon as I walk in and open up my records without asking my name. I usually have random dumb questions and they seem to always know the answer. They never try to sell me anything I dont need , just test my water and write me a poolRX. Their prices are fair, but more importantly they have tried and true products, that they know work. If it doesn't work, it's not in their store.

We started going to One Stop in Kannapolis back in 2019. Not once have I been into their store and they try to sell me anything other than what was needed for my pool! They know me by name, remember my setup and have always given the exact recommendations needed to keep my pool clean, clear and safe! Because of their honesty, integrity, and friendliness, I will continue to make the 30-35 minute journey and will pass by the other pool shops closest to me just to do business with the ladies at One Stop!
