I needed some work done in the yard, a few yards of gravel spread in the back and soil/seed for half of the grass that had died for some reason last year. I called One Stop Property Management because my back just can’t handle it anymore. Bobby was great throughout the whole process. His price was very reasonable, and he was great with communication. What would have taken me a week took the 3 of them less than 7 hours. He left me with a watering schedule and said he would be back in a few weeks to check on the progress. It was a pleasure working with Bobby, and I will not hesitate to call him again!

I highly recommend Bobby's Property Management Company, One Stop! I needed a part of my driveway patched. Bobby came to my home to have a look and quoted me a very fair price. He gave me a date to do the job and was able to compete the job in a few hours. Bobby is honest and will go the extra mile for his customers. When we had our first snowfall of the season he texted me to be sure the driveway patch was ok. I appreciated that customer service. I highly recommend his company.

Bobby did a phenomenal job on the spring cleanup of my property. I had a few areas of my lawn that had dead bushes and debris. He made it look like a brand new yard when he was finished. He also is very responsive to questions I had and is very transparent about his pricing and services. I hired him to mow my lawn as well for the spring and summer, and he did a great job on that. I would recommend One Stop Property Management to anyone. It's hard to find trustworthy people these days, but Bobby is definitely trustworthy and honest.
