Five stars is not adequate enough to express how amazing the staff at Renewal are and the work that they do. I don’t know if their staff are angels or magicians or a combo of both, but I can speak from experience that they do incredible work. After a fire in my house, they have been cleaning all of our clothes. What they are really doing is giving us back our lives. I never wanted to meet people like them or need a business like this, but I am so glad these wonderful people came into my life when all seemed lost. If you have stuff to be cleaned, trust them with your most prized belongings. They will treat it with the same respect as you would.

After a fire in our home, Renewal Solutions stepped in and handled the cleaning and storage of our clothing and personal belongings with incredible care and professionalism. During the interim, we needed to retrieve specific clothing and items for a ski trip, which could have been a stressful process, but Carlos and Nelson made it seamless. They worked with us both over FaceTime and in person to carefully identify a very detailed list of items and ensured everything was delivered exactly as needed. They were thorough, highly communicative throughout the process, and went above and beyond to make sure we had our belongings in time for our trip. We’re extremely grateful for their attention to detail and outstanding service during a challenging time.

I cannot express my thanks enough to the team at Renewal Claim Solution. After a broken pipe, the water damage to the house was extensive. Everything in the house was either drenched or damp. This team came in & from attic down to the basement they took every piece of clothing which was salvagable to clean. With only 2 or 3 days of the clothes on hand they did an emergency rush. Having clean clothing is a dream. I think some of my clothing shoes & especially my boots came back looking better than when I bought them brand new. 😄 This team has gone over and above.

Dealing with a fire is a very difficult situation, but Renewal managed to make us feel secure in the knowledge that our possession would be safe and well taken care of. They packed everything up and returned it cleaned, baged and boxed in perfect condition. They checked in to see when we were ready to receive our goods, including during season changes, as our repairs took 10 months to complete. So impressed with their services. I highly recommend them.
