One Times Square Observatory

Preview opening so it will change. But annoyingly the restrooms are not accessed on the same level as the platform. You need to take the elebY down to the 2nd floor, then another elevator to the 7th where there is a whole floor of restrooms. This would be a consideration for people with young kids. The view is great, but it's currently lacking in amenities, no coffee, not much of a gift shop. But the staff were all nice, great service all round.
