I can’t say enough good things about him. He is incredibly thorough, careful, and professional every single visit. Our building hired him for monthly service, and he consistently goes above and beyond. Each month, he provides a detailed update on the rodent situation such as explaining any improvements, what areas he’s worked on, and what preventative steps he’s taking. He carefully checks every room, cabinets, and corner of my apartment to make sure everything is fully taken care of. His attention to detail really gives me peace of mind. On top of that, he is always friendly, respectful, and happy to answer questions. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about doing a great job and keeping residents comfortable and informed. I highly recommend him and we’re very lucky to have him!

Jose serviced our building in Manhattan and did a really solid job. He showed up on time, was professional, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. He explained what he was doing in a straightforward way and made sure everything was properly handled before he left. We have had a great experience with OnGaurd Pest Services since moving into our new home and dealing with some initial roach prevention and now a stubborn mouse. Airen spent a generous amount of time listening to ALL my concerns and walking me through immediate remediation and prevention strategies. Airen was incredibly thorough in addressing potential entry points and problem areas throughout the house. Pricing was clear and straightforward from the start, scheduling was easy, and communication on the day of service was excellent. Highly recommend.

On Guard was on time, thorough, and responsive. Warren was so kind to our dog who was VERY curious about what was going on. They were efficient and respectful of our concerns and our space. They were very knowledgeable and helped us understand what we could do to mitigate the issue in addition to all the help they provided.

I work with one of the NYC agencies and I am required to walk through our job site with the OnGuard technician. I have accompanied many different technicians with this company, but Jose Ramos is hands down the best! Jose has always shown integrity and true commitment to his craft. There is never a bait station that is not checked/serviced, no matter where the location, or the condition of the grounds/job site. Jose is a very conscientious worker, which is one of the best attributes an employee can have. Kudos OnGuard!
