During the initial consultation, Lucas was very great at explaining his thought process and was very accommodating of our thoughts and placement concerns, prompt with responding to questions, and worked hard to fit our timeline. Cody and Lucas installed a ductless split in our home. Clean work, quick work, and even better to work with prior to install. Answered all our questions and provided us with a few great options to consider. They helped place the unit in the most efficient spot for the space, and did great with a tricky install!
