Ontario did a complete tear-off and replacement of our roof in 2018. The work was done on a timely and professional basis and at a competitive price. In 2020, they worked with us to repair damaged wall sheathing caused by water intrusion under the vinyl siding. When the problem presented itself again five years later, they sent out a crew to install additional protective materials under the siding. While I fully expected to pay for the work, their representative, Bill Burton, said they stood behind their work (even though five years had elapsed) and waived any charges. It is reassuring to know there are still contractors like Ontario who maintain such a high level of honesty and integrity. I highly recommend them.

We recently hired Chris and the team at Ontario Exteriors for a major exterior renovation, including new siding, gutters, and a full window and door replacement. The end result is fantastic -- the windows, siding, and gutters look great and have completely transformed our home's exterior. What impressed us most was Chris’s professionalism. We went through several revisions on the specs, and he was patient and helpful throughout. When we hit a couple of typical renovation hurdles—specifically with siding that arrived damaged and an undersized door—Chris didn't disappear.
