Ontario St. Clair iParkit Garage

Advertised 18$ locked parking. Barcode on ticket locked us out and wouldnt let us back in then the service button didn't help and no one picked up we had to wait for someone else to leave them charged me 57$ for 1 hour 7 minutes of parking. GFY.

This place will price gouge you! I do not recommend this parking garage! You are better off parking your car on the street or in any other parking garage in the area!

SCAM!!!!! Sign says 12 dollars for 3 hours. We were parked only an hour and a half and was charged 60 BUCKS!!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING. WILL REPORT TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, AND REVERSE THE CHARGE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS HORRIBLE GARAGE.

We parked for 2 whole days there were no issues then we checked out of a neighboring hotel and put our things in the car locked it and left for breakfast. We came back tool the car and left the city. On our way out we noticed our things weren't there so we went back the staff initially seemed helpful but they did nothing. We found our things on the emergency staircase but not all of it our laptops were stolen and our bags were open and dispersed all over the 8th floor of the stair case. There were things thrown similarly on the 4th floor. We called the police they told us they were coming we waited for an hour and they didn't show up. We called again they said they weren't coming contradictory to what they said initially. We went back to get the rest of our things that we left for the poli

Misleading. Advertised $12/hr for upto 3 hours. Charged me $65 for 2 hr 35 mins. Avoid this parking or buy pass online first.
