Many people share horror stories about their experience with a contractor but mine was far from that. Sean is a joy to work with. He is very communicative, responsive and flexible. He listens to the needs and desires of his clients and always aims to please. He did excellent work, went above and beyond and is extremely fair. We had a detached two car garage that was basically just a graveyard for old boxes, so we figured converting it into a legal ADU for my mother in law was the best move. Sean was the primary contact for the conversion and he was a total lifesaver when it came to navigating the city requirements for the plumbing and electrical. The finished space is actually nicer than our main house now, and Sean made sure every square inch was utilized for storage. It’s such a relief to have the extra living space finished and looking so modern.
