Cant express enough how friendly and professional they are. They replaced the entire downstairs unit and I showed them the upstairs unit fan not work capacitor was replaced couple days prior by another tech and he took old fan from the unit that was replaced and installed on outside upstairs and fan which now works. On time, easy to talk to and be around. They answered every question I had without hesitation. Experience was amazing and I definitely recommend them for any AC job.

They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnose and explained everything to me in detail, which is plus for me. Over all my experience was great and I definitely will recommend them for any AC job.

My A/C finally gave up the fight after 25 years. It was time to replace the unit. That’s an expense no one wants to face. However, Onyx came out to save me…..both from sleepless nights in the heat, and from the high prices of their competitors! The job was done quickly and professionally! We just closed on the house and the ac stopped. Called onyx and they came out on a weekend to diagnose the problem. The compressor failed had to wait for parts warehouse to open on Monday they went and got the compressor before they got warranty approval so there would not be any delays. Great job by Nick our technician. He installed the part and followed up to make sure everything was working fine. Thanks again.

We recently had a new air conditioner installed at our preschool center, and the service was outstanding! Nicolas did an incredible job—he was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He even worked at night to make sure the service would not interrupt the preschool's daily operation! He made sure the installation was done efficiently and safely, which is so important in a childcare setting. He also took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured the system was working perfectly before leaving. The difference in air quality and comfort is amazing.
