Ed did a great good drying out my kitchen after a water heater leak. But the cost of rebuilding was way off as checking another cabinet company for the same products. The cost from Ed was 4,000 higher for same identical product. I am waiting for refund as I felt pressured to sign a contract so my insurance company would pay for additional damages. This have been going on for months now.

Onyx Restoration just finished many jobs at our house after we had a fire. This company was absolutely wonderful to work with. From the very beginning the crew that came to our house to clean up after the fire were so respectful, kind, and understanding. Quickly they moved into putting our house back together. The contractors that came to our house were very respectful, honest, and always showed up when they were supposed to. We were always able to get ahold of who we needed and phone calls and emails were ALWAYS responded to quickly. They did exactly what we wanted and how we wanted it. I as the woman of the house can also say that I always felt very respected. Ed, Ace, and Ashton were very patient with my questions and concerns and always made sure that I felt heard and part of anything

Also had a driver flying and swerving down the road! I have video if needed. Then, the owners refuse to hear about it and blocked my calls. I have other numbers. 🤣 I would never use a company that doesn’t care about its customers. We could use them too! Not now thanks

Onyx Restoration did an excellent job on my bathroom remodel. Ed Grisham went above and beyond to help with the hiccups that come during efforts like this.

Had a driver run me off the road while on his phone then processed to swerve into other drivers.
