I was away for a couple of weeks and returned home to some kind of leak from the furnace. Onze was referred by my regular furnace company who was unable to get to me with the urgency required to assess the situation. One phone call to Jason and 30 minutes later there was a professional named Dave on the job. Jason and Dave worked together seamlessly to get the parts needed, and then Dave did the work in less than 2hours. Onze exceeded my expectations on the speed, quality and cost of fixing the problem. We have used Onze Plumbing and Heating for about a decade. They replaced our original gas heating system and water heater with a highly efficient system. The gas company consistently ranks our system as more efficient than the average efficient system. We also have a service contract with Onze and they have been fantastic. The work done to repair my tankless heating system was more than professional. With a frozen pipe complicating a repair job Jason was here often and stayed in touch sometimes several times a day providing real time guidance to resolve the pipe issue. He was very caring and reassuring during a time of crisis with the heating system going down in freezing weather. I can't say enough positive things about the service we received and can't recommend him strongly enough, I will sleep well tonight, warm and content!
