Open Up Garage Doors

I had a great experience. Installation went well. I love the door. We went with wood accent oak and polyurethane to keep the heat out as much as possible in the summer. I like the look. And I can already tell a difference in the garage climate. Sales to service was top notch.

I made an appointment with this company and the day they were supposed to show up they were a no show. No explanation. I would NOT recommend this company if you are looking for a reliable company.

Called these guys since they're fairly local to me and reviews looked good. Had a technician at my house in less than two hours! The tech (sorry man I forgot your name!) explained what went wrong and why a repair would work for awhile but likely not last. As much as I didn't want to spend the extra money I'd always known the old opener would have to be replaced at some point anyway, so we did it. He came back next day with a second tech (whose name I also can't remember, I am failing badly my dudes) and had the new one installed and working in a couple of hours. Everything was left looking better than it was before and I love how quiet my new Genie belt-driven opener is. Props to the guys for their quality work and to the company for fair pricing.
