Working with Brady, Cole, and the rest of the team from Opie’s Gold Heat n’ Air was an excellent experience from start to finish. Brady was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to explain my options clearly, answered every question without pressure, and made sure I felt confident in the right furnace I was choosing. Cole and his installation team were detailed, friendly, clean, and on time. What really stood out was the team’s integrity and honesty from the inspection and recommendations on Thursday to the installation today. I highly recommend Brady, Cole and the team from Opie’s Gold Heat n’ Air to anyone looking for dependable, high-quality heating and cooling service.

Had my furnace go out and they had a tech at my place in a couple hours when no one else would even answer my phone call. Had a minor issue and it got back to a manager and she resolved it right away and was amazing to deal with. She informed that customer service was a very big deal to them and I can respect that because most companies want to make a quick buck. They installed a new furnace and ac into my house in a matter of a couple hours. They definitely won my business as long as they’re around!

Brady did a great job checking our furnace issue yesterday and we appreciated his helpful (and less expensive) options we can do to keep it running smoothly. Thank you, Brady! And we highly recommend Opie's for their friendliness, coordination and professionalism too (for the office staff and techs we've had out just a couple times over the past several years including annual maintenance checks).

It was quick and easy to schedule service. They were very accommodating to my hours. I was able to get someone out right away when I had problems with my furnace even though it was a holiday. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He did a great job explaining the what had gone wrong and fixing my issue.

Great service. Cole was very polite and courteous. Let me know what was wrong and different options. Then proceeded to fix it right away. Had everything working properly in about an hour. Great overall service. Thank you Cole and Opie's!
