Marcus quickly diagnosed multiple issues, came up for a plan for removal and exclusion, as well as provided realistic advice on follow up/clean up. From the first call, he was very responsive, professional, and provided treatment options (no contract like many other companies required). He is clearly extremely knowledgeable, patient with our questions, friendly, and was flexible with treatment options based on our preferences. When I found termites in my shed, Marcus responded very quickly to my email, and showed up to inspect my home within days of my request. He supplied documentation of insurance, business license, and pesticide certifications. He inspected my home thoroughly, crawling throughout crawl spaces. He explained his findings clearly and suggested treatment options that seemed well-founded, safe, and reliable. He returned the next week to treat my shed. His price was very affordable. I would not hesitate to use his services again.

Marcus was outstanding—he made time to come out the very next day, which I deeply appreciated given the urgency of my issue (mice). His inspection was incredibly thorough (and free!), and he immediately identified the source of the problem—something two other companies had completely missed. The treatment plan, recommendations, and ongoing services were all very reasonably priced. It’s clear this company is committed to customer satisfaction and genuinely cares about doing the job right.
