We decided on Orange County Countertops to finish our new kitchen with superb new countertops. Case came out and did all the measurements and soon after delivered and installed our new beautiful countertops. Super easy to order and get them installed, and the finished kitchen looks fantastic. Great company and people to work with, and the finished product was worth waiting for. I give Case a GOLD STAR for his attention to detail and the finished product.

I had laminate countertops installed by Orange County Countertops a year and seven months ago. Initially, they looked beautiful and the installation seemed professional. I’ve started to notice small chips and scratches—something I expected with this material— however, the edge is now lifting up, which is shocking so soon after installation. When I reached out, their team offered only a cosmetic fix for a fee, citing that the warranty is only a year and this fix would not be full coverage. While I understand laminate isn’t the *most* durable material and we only received a 1 year warranty, it's unacceptable to have such issues with the product lifting up before two years. Exceptional Customer Service! There was a small issue with my initial install and OCC called me back right away to come up with a solution to fix it; which was so much better than I had expected. They did a quality job and I would highly recommend them in the future!
