Tom completed a project consisting of two gates; one wood and one powder coated steel. Tom’s process was a little unusual. Before visiting the site he asked for photographs and rough measurements all of which could have been obtained with an onsite visit. He then asked a lot of questions. From these exchanges he was able to prepare an estimate detailing the scope of work and materials. Once this was complete he did visit to confirm the information. In the end his prices were reasonable. The project was completed and exceeded my expectations. There were a couple of delays but at every turn he called to keep me informed. I’m a satisfied customer and would use Tom again if I had the need.
