Currently $12 daily maximum. (Dec 2025) You pay before getting back in your car. Thankful for this option of overnight Parking-as we stayed at the Hyatt Place Glendale/los Angeles hotel and their parking price is crazy! It was a short walk and worth the savings!

90 min free $2 per house afterwards

Convenient parking structure for quick hangouts with friends or family. Porto's Bakery is within walking distance and this has been my go to parking lot for many years. I'm glad the first 90 minutes free still stands. After the first 90-minutes, every additional 30 minutes is $1, with a daily maximum at $9. To me, that's a reasonable rate considering how expensive Downtown LA parking can be. For perspective, I was able to walk to Glendale Americana to pick up my new phone and walk to Porto's for some pastries, all under 90-minutes.

$9 parking daily or you can get a monthly pass for $50 a month with a one time $10 fee for a "key". Also have charging ports for electric vehicles on the 1st level but need to download app. for payment.
