I reached out to Leeor in the morning on my mother’s behalf, and he was able to swing by around 4 hours later to take a look and fix our electrical problem. He was super quick to get back to us and kept us in the loop, even when his previous job caused a bit of a delay in getting here. We really appreciate that kind of communication and felt he really valued our time. He’s professional and pretty affordable, so we’re happy to have found a master electrician to work with again if we ever need his help. This company saved us! We needed all of our smoke alarms changed (11!) asap after they started going off randomly in the middle of the night. During Snowstorm Fred on January 25th, we experienced a terrifying electrical emergency — a loud explosion, complete power loss, and a strong burning electrical odor inside our Sheepshead Bay/ Brighton Beach pharmacy. The cause was a major burnout from Con Edison’s service line, creating serious safety concerns in the middle of a blizzard. We called four electricians with no response or availability. Came back from vacation with the power out..Leeyore answered promptly and was providing assistance even before making it to the house. He went far beyond the call of duty (inspecting pictures, taking the time out to video call to further inspect the electric box). He was super patient, very thorough and far exceeded expectations in both service and price. After shopping around for other electricians (just wanted to get some quotes and be an informed consumer), I felt ORBA Electric was the most transparent, honest and professional.
