It was raining parking lot was flooded and I had to wait about an hour for a door.
11am appointment to get unloaded, arrived at 9:17am, got docked by 10:30 and started unloading me right away. Got the green light by 11:10. Dock worker is really nice. They seem to be strict with appointment times so just be mindful of that.
Very understandable people in the shipping department. I was there just before their closing time but they still get me upload.quite big place to turn around.
Guys in the shipping dept were professional, good communicators, and hard working! They loaded me within a reasonable amount of time. I would pick up here again.
They don't deserve that Star after being here over 5 hours I'm still not loaded. They keep saying a problem with the shipment but all I hear are excuses for incompetence. Will never do a load here again. If you are picking up more than 1 skid don't take the load.
