Convenient parking location.Yet The spiral ramp up and down on the garage is the worst design ive ever seen. Any full sized vehicle should not attempt this location to park. Extremely tight spiral on the ramp up and down . As well as the exit onto parking floors except the top floor are almost impossible to navigate. The signs stating large wheel based vehicles should not park there Needs to be at the road side in large print.

Went for a convention at the Dayton Convention Center, signs for the garage stated hourly rate as well as all day pass, however, when we pull, up there is a guy standing there to take my card (cause I cant insert it myself? Didnt like that) And charge me the all day price... we were only going to be there for 2 to 3 hours(less than 2 actually) and had to pay $10 instead of the $3.50 it would have been.

Question for parking garage... are full size truck with four doors allowed to park in garage? I found out they would hard to drive there because of spiral ramp. it could be scrapped. If I have own that kind of full size truck, I would not park there for Dayton Convention Center or Crowne Plaza for meeting or something.

Large banner advertising $1 parking after 6pm on weekends. Parked there this past weekend and was charged $6. Called and requested a refund and was told there was an event going on (??) and that there were signs indicating parking was going to be $6 rather than the normal $1. A rather angry gentleman told me there would be NO REFUNDS (clearly I'm not the first to call and complain) and that he "put the signs up himself" at the pay machine, the ticket machine, and the elevators. We passed each one of these areas and did not see ANYTHING indicating any sort of event or increased parking rate. If we managed to miss all of these supposed signs, then clearly they were not big enough - the only thing we saw was the GIANT banner across the garage advertising $1 parking after 6pm.
