Zachary & Hayden were absolutely amazing when our son’s 1995 Miata had issues in the car parking lot. Helped with tools and hands on to repair an non starting issue. Highly recommend this store and cannot thank these 2 gentlemen enough…. Thank you !!!

Had a great experience here. Came in with a battery that was nearly dead. The Store Associate quickly recommended the right battery and installed it at no cost. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I wish I remembered his name but I do remember he was from New York. Great service all around.

Went in today to get new wiper blades for my daughter’s car! The gentleman upfront asked if the car was here, then proceeded to go outside and change the wiper blades without me even asking. It was pouring outside and cold. This is what customer service is all about! Well done, sir!!!

Got out of our dinner at 8:45 with a dead battery. After getting a jump, we called ahead and headed straight to O'Reilly for a test. Xavier was so sweet! He got us a new battery and installed it for us in the rain at closing time. Exceptional service and attitude from him and the rest of the staff!

When I couldn’t find of some complicated parts picking ups after searching WM, AZ and AV parts these friendly and experienced staff usually helped finally take them during businesses with this place for 10 plus years.
