My car battery died across the street by the Safeway. Staff was very helpful, especially Morgan, who let me borrow some tools to remove the battery. It was very dead and needed to be replaced. They didn’t try to upsell me on the fanciest one and let me hold onto the tools until I could get my car running again with the new battery. I would definitely go back in the future for any automotive needs.

Brought my car here to test my battery (had to get a jump the day before) they tried to tell me my battery was fine but my alternator was failed (on a 5 year old car with only 32k miles on it) when asked how much that would run me they tried to sell me on an alternator that was $500 ( you can get one on amazon for $130) decided to go get a second opinion because I really didn’t believe that and sure enough my alternator and battery tested perfectly fine with the same tester at a different O’Reillys location. Either this kid has no idea what he’s doing or they thought I would fall for it and just drop $500 because I’m a young girl having car issues. Pretty sure I just left a light on and drained the battery overnight. Don’t let them scam you

Had a guy named Tim help me out he was nothing short than amazing, great customer service and would definitely visit this location. Hopefully all employees are like him. Thank you Tim.

I get my air freshener brand "little trees" scent, Bayside breeze makes my car smell so so good. I open 3 at one time at $4.99 for 3 and it last a couple months. Whoever rides in my car always says it smells so good. I just purchased these bad boy skull n crossbones car stick on emblem for my car and I can't wait to see what they look like!! $8.99 for two skulls in a package so 1 on each side. I'll update reviews to tell you how they hold up in a few months and if worth buying or not. Ty for reading my reviews 😊 have a wonderful good smelling Day 😁🥸🤙🏻
