Excellent experience having my rug professionally cleaned by Oriental Rug Care NY. Jerry was a pleasure to work with. Free estimate and free roundtrip delivery included with service. Pricing was very reasonable. After 30+ years our rug looks, feels, and smells practically brand new!

I imported two authentic berber wool rugs from Morocco and I noticed how much they were making mine and my partner’s nose sniff from the dust and sand. Jerry was able to wash them and they came back bright and beautiful, in perfect condition. Jerry was efficient in communication, turn around time, and picking up and delivering my rugs. Overall, it was a 10/10 service. I know there are other rug cleaning services in NYC, but if you are looking for a cost efficient and time efficient service, Jerry is your person. I had a shag rug cleaned after it was stained with red and white wine. I cleaned it as much as I could, but I decided to send it to a professional cleaner. The rug was picked up the next day and returned to me within a week. It was also dropped off at my doorstep. The door-to-door service was amazing.
