Orkin

I’ve been pleased with my pest control service from Orkin so far. Technicians Jeremiah Kitchens and Scott Micklon have been friendly, courteous, and listened to my concerns. Treatment has been effective in most areas thus far, but I’m still waiting until we get through the warmer high insect activity months to make further judgement. Also there’s still a couple targeted pests I need help controlling but I’m confident if I give Orkin a little more time they’ll be able to handle it. The office staff has been friendly as well and able to easily accommodate service appointment rescheduling when I call.

Very professional an on time great service. Today is two weeks later haven't had or seen a bug. My air ducts were clean 4 days ago no bug the electrician,Plummer an HVAC haven't came across no bugs.

Johnathan was very professionally, knowledgeable, and friendly. Very happy to have Orkin and their staff checking on our house, both times their team members showed actual interest in our home/family; making sure we can live pest free. Thank you guys we appreciate y'all very much.

Mr. Allen is always very professional and friendly! He always answers any questions that I have and is very thorough. We haven't had any pest/rodent issues since we've started working with Orkin and I couldn't be happier!

Appreciated the communication about my Mosquito bundle being serviced today. I was kept up to date for arrival time. My service today was outside. I have been very happy about the services offered with my Orkin plan. Update: 5 Jan 2026 Orkin rescheduled my appointment for regular service for treatment of Pest Control. I was seeing pests inside. They took the time to listen to my issue. Time frame for service was met. The technician listened to further understand my issue . Great service!
