I know l am suppose to just rate Nate.... BUT l am an above and beyond kinda (old lady). He is just the absolute best! He goes above and beyond with a smile, ALWAYS. HE IS SO KIND AND SO RESPECTFUL. He always listens to all my nonsense, meaning I am a chatty Kathy because l can't live in bugs and I tell him and show him every where l think they are. He already knows. He is Patient which is something the elderly usually don't get from the younger. I must say with all my heart though, from Teresa that answers the phone to the precious guy who came on my initial appointment who said, " We got this girl! AND, to the guy who came and inspected my attic for varmints! He was so thorough! He knew his job and was here an hour and had taken pictures. I can't say enough about the whole group! I am ex

James was absolutely amazing! He came for an Asian beetle problem we’re having but he checked for everything for no extra cost! He was very kind, respectful, informative, and he holds a great personality too! He interacted with us like family!

The best pest control place I ever experienced was at Orkin. The office staff has always been great. Mason Thacker was the technician assigned to us. Very knowledgeable and always great with his customer service. The Carrollton-Orkin is second to none.

Christopher is the best thing Orkin has. He is always kind and considerate and very helpful. He’s very knowledgeable about everything he does. I can’t recommend him anymore. He’s just amazing.

Nathan was professional and very mannerable in my home. I didn't have to remind him to put on the shoe covers and he efficiently covered the home without excessive conversation. I appreciate his efficiency and professionalism.
