We’ve had a wonderful experience with Jim from Orkin. He is always professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing and why, and he’s very thorough. sorely disappointed We were looking for a company that would go beyond our previous, personal efforts, and get this problem eliminated. The man on the phone emphasize the word “guaranteed” and assured us that they were the best. But, after having had our first visit, there’s a whole lot that they didn’t do, that the sales person said they would. It seems like we wasted our money and their promises are largely unfulfilled. They have done a little more than we had done ourselves, and there’s no reason to think this problem will be reduced by anything they did, much less eradicated. They used our paid appointment as an opportunity to sell us much more expensive services; namely about $40,000! I feel scammed. Even the so-called report, was a lazy attempt and of no real use. We have had Orkin for 20 years for just regular service and never have any issues. Carl is our tech and he does a fantastic job! It’s nice to be able to call if we have an issue and Carl is out instantly. He’s very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommend!
