Frank was an excellent technician. He took his time to ensure I understood the contract, pricing and services I would receive. He was efficient and thorough in completing the work. I was disappointed to learn he would not be our technician going forward.

When i tell you when the show they get the job done! But ive been having problems with scheduling! Before i hired them i asked is weekends a issue! But keep getting scheduled on weekday! Mind you i am at work! Had someone come out look me dead in my face never approached my house! But two minutes later i get service was complete which was on a Saturday! So none in the office until monday! So i call they send someone 2 days later which is fine! Then ge come did a amazing job! Only to return maybe 1 week later may have been 2 ! On the weekday! Had no ideal he was coming! So he text saying he has me scheduled for Saturday! Saturday comes none shows! So monday i call! The have me on the schedule for this Saturday! But none inform me! Im confused do they think none works! Or should discuss with

John Palmer. My service was one of the best service that I’ve ever had from Orkin. I hope to be able to continue to keep Mr. John Palmer is very informative. Very friendly customer friendly if that just love the treatment and hope you continue to be my person to come out on a regular basis

My technician John Palmer deserves all the KUDOS!!! I was running late for my appointment and he stayed beyond the alotted time for me to arrive. This speaks volumes for making me feel I'm more than just a number, but a valued customer. Thank you John for the continued service you have been providing.

The people I talked with over the phone quoted a price $307. And the price went up to $331.56. That part I didn't like. The young man that help me was very bright and knowledgeable about what he was doing. And apologize about the price difference and for that it made me feel better about the call. He also said that he would do a follow up with me in about a week so, I'm looking forward to hearing from Eric.
