I had a female come today and she came last time. She is a very nice wonderful person. She covered my entire house and was very good. She took pictures of all the traps. They were the same ones that have been there but that's okay she changed a few of them the last time. I told her I was not very happy that the same ones were there for years and she changed them. She was super good

Today i had an routine service schedule today. Thankfully i had taken off work to tend to my sick child. Brian the technician was truly professional and knowledgeable. He did thr service and gave great advice as well. Hes wasnt our regular technician but wouldnt mind having him from time to time. Truly an professional.
