TruGreen Lawn Care

I am disappointed with the damage that the technician did to my lawn. An inspector came out last week. His email stated that they will schedule a follow up inspection in the FALL and repair the damaged areas. In the FALL?? This is unacceptable! Do not use this company. I have just found out from others that have experienced the same thing.

I have the best service guy by the name of Brandon M. I had been with TruGreen for years. Then last year the black manger from Crestwood came to my house and didn’t act like a manger but like a fool. So I cancelled and they were trying to keep me but I said no. This year the weeds were so bad that my husband begged me to reinstate them and I said to him I get a trouble service guy I was going to cancel again. When Brandon came out for the first time he informed me about my lawn and how long it was going to take to get the weeds under control and he knew his stuff. Before they were coming out two to three times in the same month, and since I have had Brandon he’s only come out once a month and no extra visits like before. The reason that I use Trugreen was really because of my neighbors on the north side of my house. They used to have a yard that was a massive dandelion garden. There were thousands of them and then one day it appeared very quickly the dandelions were gone, and because I was fertilizing my own property I kinda really didn’t pay too much attention to it but by the next year in my opinion, their backyard looks like a golf course and I had to ask what they were doing differently. They recommended Trugreen who I immediately called And they came out. I hired them and was very pleased with the service. For the amount of money that you spend fertilizing your own property it’s better to just hire these people to come quickly and take care of it for you. In my opinion. It’s worth the money no questio

As for any company now days all about quantity In stead of quality ! But fact of matter is when you do good job Or stand behind your service have good customer support or service goes a long way with long time customer's. If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely horrible service. The last service at my house (which I have video proof of). The man pulled up to my house at 12:02 and was leaving my house at 12:04! I was then told that I was charged double that day because they did a double treatment! First off you were there all of 2 minutes and when was someone going to ask if I wanted a double treatment! I called customer service and they did absolutely nothing for me. I have more weeds than when I started the service and my grass looks horrible . They are now trying to send my account to collections because I WILL NOT BE PAYING THEM! On my block there was 5 of us that all started at the same time and not one of us still has TruGreen and we all left dissatisfied!
