Orkin

Jacob from Orkin came out to do our initial inspection and treatment and he was amazing! Super friendly, thorough, and walked us through everything so there was no confusions at all. Overall a huge help and great expirience. Very happy to be moving forward with future treatments and I know if I ever have issues in the future, I'll definitely call Orkin again!

First contacted Orkin about 10 months ago after struggling with ants and spiders but since starting the service we haven’t had issues and if something ever comes up they are quick to respond. Our Orkin service pro is Nathan and he is the best! He is friendly and answers all our questions.

Kaleb was freaking awesome and thorough. He showed us where everything is getting into the house. He showed us that there was evidence from a year ago of this starting and it has grown and showed us where the nest may be. Food is NOT kept where may have found the nest. He’s freaking awesome. He showed us how he’s going to prevent it and keep coming back to check on us. I loved his transparency and his communication. There were holes I never knew about that he pointed out and found! I wil post pictures of some of the things he found that we would have never thought of! And it’s cheaper than you think!!!! I paid 194 for the first treatment and it’s 94$ every other month don’t let the price scare you ! No hidden fees either!!!

I filled out an application online on a Saturday and was contacted on Sunday to set up an appointment for our mouse issue. Nick came out, listened to what are concerns were. He did a thorough inspection inside the house (3 levels), attic, and exterior. He took pictures of areas we didn’t look to show what was occurring. He called while in our home to set up for an inspector to come to determine areas that should be sealed to stop issues now and in the future. So far very happy with the service.

Corey was very nice and professional (as always). His visit today was twofold - follow-up on treatment a year ago and a possible termite problem related to a new situation that has arisen. Corey is very well-informed and takes his work seriously. There was no cost for this visit because of the warranty from last year’s work.
