Very professional. An Orkin inspector named Michael come out and visited us. Did a full inspection, very thorough very professional. I highly recommend their services. These guys came in different teams and did fast,clean,efficient, work. We had insulation removal from attic and basement as well as pest control and some other services. The Attic crew handled that attic with Military precision. The basement insulation crew worked very hard and I appreciate all of you for that. It was fun working with everyone. Everyone I met was very friendly and courteous. They did an amazing job and completed the work in a very timely manner. Every tech I spoke to was quite knowledgeable in their field and offered excellent advice in regards to any questions or concerns that we had.It was a very enjoyable

I was very impressed with the young lady who set up my appointment. She asked a lot of history and knew that my area had problems with spiders, and ants. Because of my 2 year old grandson I was hoping I could have someone come out soon. She was able to schedule someone the next morning. . Mike was very thorough and explained the situation very clearly. They sent someone else out later and he went completely through the house. It was definitely a thorough inspection, and treatment. I felt the price was very reasonable and I would recommend Orkin to anyone. I wasn’t looking forward to try and find someone after speaking with my Uncle. A company he contacted was not very thorough and the price was outrageous. I called him today to let him know he needed to contact Orkin. Thanks 🙏

It was good until it wasn’t. Their service started off well with consistent visits, but two years later we were still dealing with the pest issue. They couldn’t give us answers, just temporary solutions. It was also a year and some change in that a different technician spotted entry points that were never mentioned prior. It took them some time to come and close those too.

The technician was outstanding. He was very thorough and informative, taking the time to identify the problem, explain the issues, and take necessary steps to correct them. His professionalism and attention to detail were impressive. He worked efficiently and effectively, making sure everything was done right. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend him and the company.

I think this is a very good company because today, for the first time, a man from this company came to my house. He sprayed everything very well and listened to all the problems I had and then checked and then did the whole job. I took $5 for the first time and after that it is $55 every month. This is a one-year contract. So I am very happy with their service. It is a very good service. Their man has done a very good job, Thank you so much. ORKIN
