My Orkin man is Travis, after having multiple, for some reason, when I was switched again, and got Travis, I wasn’t very happy, but after his first treatment, I knew right away that I would be very happy to have him as my Orkin man!! He does a great job in explaining , why certain things maybe happening, and what to do, also, very polite, and a great sense of humor!! So Thankyou Orkin!!
Great service. The person I spoke to on the phone was very thorough and went over the process in detail. They got us in same day for service and both the inspector and technician that came out gave me a call to let them know when they’d be arriving which was very helpful. Top quality customer care.
Jeff was fantastic. He found several spots where mice were getting into the house that other people had missed. His expertise and thorough inspection were greatly appreciated. He is a true asset to Orkin!
William I recently had a problem with mice and termites. I called Orkin, and boy, they came out and took care of the problem. If I could give 0 stars I would. We hired them back in 2022 for a bat issue. When they came to install installation and ridge guards in the attic, they only put the installation. We called them multiple times after their was still bat issues. Took at at least 2 weeks for a returned phone call. When they came back they told us oh ooopps only half the service was completed. They rescheduled us for the ridgeguards only after we had to harass them numerous times. Have had continuous issues with the bats. So we keep calling for them to check on the service they provided. I started calling and requesting the manager Mitch on 8/26/2025. It took until 10/9/2025 for him to call me back. I called 6 times requesting a call back and not a single return call.
