Anthony Stern was incredibly helpful during today’s visit. He was not only very sweet and respectful, but also patient, attentive, and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to our concerns, explained everything clearly, and made us feel comfortable and valued throughout the visit. His positive attitude and professionalism truly stood out, and we really appreciated the kindness and respect he showed us.

Orkin techs are always friendly and professional. I appreciate the scheduled checks and pest prevention as our rural property on a creek is virtually pest free. Highly recommend.

The worst customer service and experience ever! I’ve had a plan with this company that includes quarterly visits and automatic monthly payments. Everything was set up correctly on my end, but someone in their office mistakenly stopped my payment. Instead of fixing their mistake, they sent their technician as usual and then billed me $200 — and blamed me for it! When I called to resolve the issue, the customer service representative, Charlene Gauker, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She is honestly one of the worst customer service people I’ve ever spoken to. To make things worse, the technician was completely unprofessional — he rushed through the visit, refused to do the job properly, and wouldn’t listen when we asked him to spray certain areas. It was clear he didn’t want to be there

Horrible customer service. We’ve been paying Orkin for over a year of service. Late in the season we had a very bad bee problem. They told us there were no signs of bees. I decided to remove some wood paneling on the porch and exposed the 2 hives in the pictures. Now 2 weeks ago we had swarms of termites. Orkin came and sprayed and said it’s just a weird thing that happened and they can’t find mud tubes so the colony must be near the home but not an issue.. Erlich came out 2 days later and located the mud tubes in 5 minutes. Orkin will not call us back and refused to refund any money. It’s very sad after spending $2000 on services, the customer service refuses to even call us back. I highly encourage anyone in the Harrisburg area to go with another company!

I’m really pleased with ORKIN and the gentleman that are signed to me first it was RICK and now there’s I don’t remember his name I should’ve looked it up before I came home but I get it so he was very very pleasant I’m just pleased with your company. Thank you very much and I’m glad I found you!
