Great experience with Orkin! They responded so quickly when I first called, and the service has been very affordable and a great value. Our technician, Kyle, is always professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. He really knows how to handle roach issues and is extremely thorough during his visits to ensure everything is taken care of properly. It’s a relief to have such reliable, expert service that doesn't break the bank. Highly recommend!

Orkin’s response to my negative review was to reach to out to their office, which I already had done. I was charged $239 on July 11 and another $239 on July 22. Their response was I was charged a second time because I was set up on auto pay. However, auto pay would have been 30 days after the July 11 charge and the amount according to contract should have been $90 for a monthly maintenance fee. I am still waiting for the refund of the second $239. The pictures I have attached is just a small snipit of what is still around my house despite 2 visits.

Service was a joke. I had an appointment for service they never showed up but sent me a text saying my service was complete. I had already had an issue with them in the beginning they were supposed to treat my entire yard for fleas I paid them an when they showed up on my first visit they didn’t have enough granules to do my yard is what he told me an assured me that my next visit would get it taken care of still to this day my yard hasn’t been treated and we have had several different workers come to our house so I was going to cancel my service but the new manager reassured me that it would be better service for us an here we are our second visit an we get a No show who logged it as appointment completed ! I will be canceling my future appointments. If u have this service hopefully it’s

Christopher did a walkthru prior to treatment explaining everything he would do and answering any questions I had. He listened to me tell him about the different areas of the house and about the foundation. I was appreciative of the time he took before treatment so that I understood what to do and expect and he understood how best to treat. I'm glad I hired Orkin bc you know they're using the chemicals safest to use both inside and outside and using them in a safe manner. Christopher was both courteous and professional who knew what he was doing, a no BS service technician. Thanks Orkin!

Christopher Weaver was our Orkin man and he was extremely professional and kind. He explained everything perfectly. I would recommend this man to anyone needing pest control!
