Wanted to share my most recent experience with technician, Colby L. My son’s pacifier was accidentally left on the ground during our inspection, where it was accidentally sprayed. Colby contacted me immediately to let me know of the situation recommending that I get rid of the pacifier…he went as far to replace it without even being asked. My husband and I appreciate his honesty and kindness…it’s hard to find people such as him these days. This experience alone, among the hundreds of times they treated our home, is why we continue to use Orkin!

I was notified that there was a snake inside of my rental house. I called Orkin's man. I was told sorry we do not perform this type of work. I don't blame him. I was able to handle the situation.
