My man Curtis is a stellar guy! He comes to home for servicing and it never feels like he is coming to work but coming to visit family! I know that sounds weird but his character, personality, and down-to- earth demeanor makes for great conversations and a good dude to be around! Definitely need more people like him not just at orkin, but in the world!

Mr. Curtis was amazing. He wasn’t just there doing a job but he was building a work relationship. He asked how was my husband doing and informed me that he is going to do exactly what my husband asked to be done last visit. Mr. Curtis even gave me a few tips Give that man a raise! Great friendly customer service!

Ray came out on his day off to battle these wasps that keep showing up inside my house! After he zapped them, and searched for where they were coming in at, he grabbed his "cotton candy" tool and cleaned up my front porch. On his DAY OFF. ORKIN, give this man a raise. This is dedication and customer care; a rare find these days! Thank you, Ray!!!

The service guy Jonathan is always pleasant with an infectious smile. He’s attentive to all questions and gives positive feedback which he explains where the customer can understand. He has a pleasant attitude and he seems very happy with his job! Kuddos to Jonathan great job!
