0 stars aren't allowed I guess but please save yourself the money and find a local business that will actually take care of their customers. Of course when we first signed up they were amazing, no issues taking our money, having us signed a contrac. The past 3 years they continued to take our money monthly and would show up to "inspect" or "spray" the exterior yet we have cameras that show techs just walking the yard and leaving for $95 a month. Every time we call our concerns are proven by nobody logging notes when we we call, nobody acknowledging anything, giving a bunch of "sorry". It's unfortunate that it had to come to this point.

Outstanding Service from Orkin Technicians! I had two Orkin technicians come to my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and took the time to inspect every area thoroughly. Both technicians were friendly, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They made sure I understood the treatment process, answered all my questions, and gave helpful advice to prevent future issues. The attention to detail and care they showed gave me real peace of mind. It’s rare to find technicians who combine skill, professionalism, and genuine customer care — but these two absolutely did. I highly recommend Orkin and their amazing team for anyone looking for reliable and effective pest control service!

Leo did an excellent job very thorough job in making sure he checked all potential entry points and set up an appointment for a additional check for spots that were a little sus. I appreciate his professionalism and especially easing the ladies in the home with some sort of comfort that Orkin will be making sure they eradicate the situation. I would recommend the Plainfield facility for sure.

We are satisfied with the work at hand. In preparation for the technician arriving, we gladly intentionally take our dog for a walk. We do appreciate the status texts. Recently, we’ve been receiving the “you’re next” and “we’re here” texts within seconds of each other. Sometimes the “we’re here” text arrive first. If it wasn’t for the strategy with our dog, this wouldn’t be an issue. Wonder if others experience this too.

Leo and Vincent were the best!!!! They both were very attentive and patient and made sure we understood everything that was going on. Thank you guys so much for helping us out and having solutions to our problems
