First contact was with Tim Stock the main inspector for Orkin. Tim gave us a complete breakdown (inc. Scale drawings and photos) of termite activity. Tim explained everything in detail with what needed to be done. The quote was fair and reasonable. Further communication was sent via email. Scott and Isaac attended our property in the morning. They were complete professionals from start to finish. They insulated our attic (about 8" thick) with their treated termite insulation. The walls were then treated with a special foam to kill the termites. They went around the house n drilled holes in the walls to place the foam. You don't even know where they have drilled (it looks invisible) Outside the property they dug a trench n placed bait pots every few feet. I feel like we are completely pro
