Our furnace went out the day before Thanksgiving.Wards office staff, sorry her name slips me, was very helpful. Jeremy and his team got us taken care in a timely manner. We highly recommend Wards.

No power to the thermostat on a Sunday night that was going to be near zero degrees prompted a call to Wards for a service call. Upon arrival, the tech found burned wiring from an improper installation. Tech used the proper wire connectors to get the unit back in service, then made an appointment to come back to make a proper installation. The difference of the old and new is evident in the photos.

Very nice employees and got my furnace running like brand new. Will definitely be calling again for any other problems I have in the future 😊😊💯💯
