Orkin

We were away from our home when the Orkin man arrived to discover a leak in the ceiling. Immediately he called us and sent us pictures and was very kind. This enabled us to quickly call someone to go and take care of it. I sure appreciate it!

We did ant extermination and mouse exclusion, after years of battling mice. It’s a long period of assessment but so far everything seems to be working very well, with rare sightings of either pest. I appreciate that Orkin continues to follow up and inspect their work and the results.

Had a very helpful and great conversation with Jonathan. Very funny and was able to give me an estimate and appointment in less than 5 minutes. I never leave reviews, but again Jonathan was great. Probably the best customer service I've ever had. It may be a little pricey, but if it gets rid of the bugs I'm good with paying $97 a month. Orkin, give my boy Jonathan a raise, definitely deserves one.

Jim was fantastic! He was very professional, upbeat, and a wealth of information. He explained in detail what was done and what should have been completed when our house was "sealed". The best part was he explained why!

Going down hill. Need to find service people who can read. 5 th time out of 6 didn't follow instructions. I call everytime they say the instructions are there. But still miss coming one of my areas. Called Today lady was nice but manager never called back as they said they would and no one went back to finish the job.
