Absolutely great! Professional, respectful, knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain every step in the process & allowed me to ask as many questions throughout that I needed to. He was very thorough with all aspects of the treatment visit. He left a very satisfied customer so far. Look forward to the return visits. Hopefully any pests will be taken care of this year, but I feel confident, that the gentleman has it handled. Recently had multiple treatments done to my property. Huge mistake . Only do one at a time. The guys were disorganized and spent alot of time sitting on the job. Basement insulation was pulled down but not thoroughly cleaned and no clean up was done. Attic insulation removed...no cleaning it before adding new. And not much vacuumed after. Had to remind the tech to fill the building holes and then show him where they were. ?? Did they even do my bug treatment? Not sure. Do yourself a favor and don't use big companies.

Started witn a visit and evaluation from Mike. Very professional and knowledgeable. He worked out a honest quote and presented it to me quickly. He didn't pressure me into anything, and showed me multiple options to make it work financially. There was a hiccup with the financing but he figured it out and all went thru. He also said he would email me with the contract and schedule when the system would be installed. late Friday, just like he promised, everything was emailed and he scheduled the install for the next morning. As for the installation, excellent job!! Quick ,clean and was very friendly and professional. Thank you for a great experience and great system.
