Shaun is the best representative! He goes above and beyond, is very friendly and ensures the entire service gets completed efficiently and in a timely manner! I’ve had horrible services I. The past from other companies and I can honestly say as long as Shaun is my rep, I will be very happy with Orkin!

Just had Orkin come out to our new home. Since the beginning Orkin was super responsive, kind and had wonderful customer service. I reached out online and had all my questions answered and they also made it easy to chat via mobile text. Which I loved and made it easy to communicate questions or concerns I had. André Hernandez was our technician. He did an excellent job. He was patient with me and my father as we are coordinating our inspection while I was at work. He was very knowledgeable. Give us different options and how we could handle our pest problem. We signed up for the one year and we were planning to use them as needed. Not to mention the customer service line when I called to set up was great. Really appreciate the customers service and the dedication to the customers
