If you're considering any work to your staircase, I highly recommend Strycula Stairs, Inc. We wanted to replace our carpeted stairs with hardwood. After a phone call to discuss the project, John, the owner, came by to give us some great ideas and provided a fair quote. The project was super smooth from demolition throughout construction and paint. Each specialized individual we worked with was excellent at their craft and clearly took pride in their work. The final product exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier with our new staircase. We've been working with many contractors over the past few months and John's team definitely is on the top of that list.

I gave John a call when I needed a glass railing installed in my 3-story home to make it safe for our children and pet. I showed him a very specific reference from a multi-million-dollar home with the best glass and wood railing I had seen. I had a hard time finding someone who could work with both glass and wood—most companies tried to take the easy route and only suggested standard hardware and glass. John was different. He worked within my budget, never raised the price, and delivered exactly the design I showed him. The result is stunning—truly aesthetically pleasing and exactly what I envisioned. Strycula Stairs recently renovated our stairs and we absolutely love the new look! They were carpeted before and replaced with oak wood treads, stained/painted to match our new engineered wood flooring and it all looks great.
