Orkin

I have been an Orkin customer for 25+ years. Their service for termite yearly inspection has not been consistent. I have had to contact them several times over the years to remind them to do my inspection. It seems last year I did not contact them and they dropped my service. Now to reestablish this would cost me over 5,700 dollars…. Because I did not initiate the contact even though I had a contract with them. They dropped the ball. I will be dropping all services with Orkin. Poor customer relationship on their part.

Terrible experience. It all started well And then everything went downhill. They weren’t making their time windows, Or always getting there right at the last minute. My second to last service, I was given a window of 8 to 10 AM, At 9:59 the tech pulled up To my street and I could see him from my door window. I waited patiently for him to come in And get the service done. I could hear his music from inside the house. He just sat in his truck For 15 minutes scrolling on his phone, vaping and blaring music. Mind you, I’m already late for work because I blocked off this time for Orkin. I finally had to go out there and knock on his window for him to come inside. That’s not all. I called to Cancel my service because I had found a new provider. I was told that I needed one last Service because

It was are first inspection and service but they were quick to set up a time and even came early to the appointment. Overall a great experience.

Service has continued to get worse. We had one competent person come in out of all of them. Never there in a timely manner, been a nightmare getting ahold of anyone, and getting anything done has been like pulling teeth. I give one extra star because of Johnathan. He did well.

I've had Allstate coming for 2 years and the bug problem got worse. I finally hired Orkin, the technician was polite and answered my questions and let me know more about the bugs we were dealing with and it's been 4 days and I've already noticed a considerable change. I can open my cabinets without having bugs fall on me.
