Timothy took the time to walk me through the process of treating for fleas 🤢 🐜 left behind in my newly purchased home. He asked me questions along the way and as a consumer feeling heard moves mountains! Timothy knocked this service out of the park. Days later I reached out to ask follow up questions which he did not have to reply directly to me but HE DID! and even was kind enough to give me alternative solutions to continue eradicating them until they return for another treatment. Thank you Timothy and thank you Orkin!

Honestly such a joke. I paid over 300$ for a pest treatment, which fixed absolutely nothing. Tech they sent was unprofessional. They only offered me half of a refund. So i had to pay this company 300+ for a guy to come in with a spray can for 8 minutes. And still have to figure out the pest problem because their spray can didnt work. Congratulations on scamming a young single mom. 0/10 do not recommend

Love the service but upset that we received a text message that we would be serviced the next day between 8-10 am. My husband had s procedure scheduled for several weeks to be done today and as we were getting ready to leave our service man showed up, after I had texted it wouldn’t work out today and followed with a telephone message to be sure someone would stop the service call. In the future, it would be nice if we had more than a day or two notice as my husband is disabled and we usually have many weeks where our calendar is full. I believe , when we signed up, I mentioned treatments after late morning works best for us because if hubby has a bad night, we sleep in. Would appreciate a heads up in advance of treatments at least to confirm , out a week. Thank you

Nick come out to provide service in my restaurant. Nick and I went through what needs to be done to tackle the mice problem. Upon scheduling the technician Brandon come out and ignored our appointment, spent little over 15 min and left. All the discussion and areas of coverage was ignored. Their service is unprofessional, when called the office their manager (Andrew) who happens to be listening them ignored my concerns that service was not fully completed. Andrew, the manager has provided zero assistant is tackling this issue and when told him a cancellation he said no refund for you and that service was completed. If you do not want regret do not contact this company they will steal your money and provide you with fake service. The worst customer service and unethical company I have seen

Keith came out to help us and gave us all the info we needed. Felt safe with him in our home and with our dog. I highly recommend him. He's very professional and we will certainly be using this offices services in the future if we need a return visit.
