Casey with Orkin is by far the best tech I’ve worked with in a long time! She has such a professional manner and is extremely passionate about helping our tenants!! That girl needs a raise! Also the pricing compared to other pest control companies in the area is very fair!!

We have regular monthly inspections and are very pleased with the tech that services our hotel. He is very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We had a wasp problem this past summer, he came the next day and eradicated them very quickly, they did not return.

Hector was pleasant and helpful. He came about 8 times. We had sooooo many carpenter bee nests and he worked diligently to treat them. In the end, there seem to be a few nests left but a few out of about 30 is pretty good.

Extremely helpful. 3day response was surprising because of distance of residence. Very pleased with results. Both office staff and onsite exterminator were courteous and knowledgeable. I look forward to working with Utica ORKIN in the future. Thank you.

Our Orkin tech was on time, capable, professional and willing to explain the process he would use. Communication with the company in making arrangements was well handled by Orkin as well. This has been our 3rd service by Orkin and we have been satisfied each time.
