We’ve had the best experience with Orkin. Whenever I’ve had to call customer service to set up appointments they’re so helpful and friendly. Ryan is our technician who comes out and he is the best. Hes friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We know that when he comes he’s going to always do a great job! Highly recommend orkin and Ryan!

The division that was responsible for my area is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced not only are they unprofessional but that also lack the basic skills of scheduling according to who I spoke with there is only a 3 day window of advance notice that a tech will be able to service your home which I received a text less then 12 hours of notice an a email of the same time frame notice also when you set up service I was told I would have a follow up appointment within 30 days which I was finally contacted after 40 days for them to say I’m coming by tomorrow to service your home when attempting to reschedule I was told I would have to wait till 2nd week in November which a couple weeks away finally after what felt like pulling teeth I was able to have service moved to th

Ashley (who responded to my inquiry and set my SAME-DAY appointment) was extremely friendly and helpful. Ryan (from the VA Beach branch) arrived on-time, was super friendly and respectful, and made sure to explain what he was doing and that I understood my new service agreement. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Today was our first preventative pest control with Orkin. Wow! George was professional, super friendly with all of our Residents and a delight to work with! Very thorough, and ensured our Residents with fur babies that their product is pet-safe. We look forward to continue working with George and Orkin in our preventative pest control program at Brandywine Apartments!

I was on the fence about who to try out for a move in treatment but decided on Orkin from watching 2 Orkin reps through and down to earth interaction on someone else's property. To my surprise, 1 if the reps, Ryan was assigned to me! He was kind and able to educate me about the entire process. I am pleased thus far.
