Orkin

I had great service from Tyler Thompson. He was very informative, professional, and conscientious and discussed with me prior to putting out any mouse traps because of my two dogs. He also showed me where critters could potentially get inside my house that I probably should have repaired, which I appreciated as well.

Tyler from White Bear did our inspection for the mice problem we were having. He was very helpful and informative and answered all my questions. If we could have the same person everytime it would be very helpful to us as we have a dog that is extremely stressed when new people come to our door. He has gotten to know Tyler and seems very calm and relaxed when he is around. Thank you in advance. I cannot say enough good about how Tyler handles himself while here. Tyler came by today for our service. He did a great job and was very respectful. He was also right on time for when he said he would be here. He let me know about services I didn’t know about previously. Glad to have someone like him servicing my home.

I unfortunately had a very poor experience with Orkin. I am a relatively new homeowner who trusted Orkin to be helpful and professional, but unfortunately I felt very taken advantage of. The initial service person looking for potential mouse activity said he could not identify anywhere inside or outside that would be a source of mouse activity, and instead, he coerced me into a year long service plan since there would be no way to mitigate mice in one visit. The only good thing was that he did ask another colleague to inspect the roof, and that colleague saw the mouse entry point on the side of the house from the ground within minutes. This led to further exploration and insulation recommendations for my attic that cost several thousands of dollars more. Scheduling the insulation installat

Keith the exterminator and Eli the inspector were both kind and respectful! Keith was very reassuring that my ant issue would be solved quickly but also stated Orkin would be willing to come back out if we’re still having problems as part of our “pest control plan.” At no additional cost either! Thankful that these two kind guys were assigned to us and I’m optimistic the ants will be gone soon!
