Excellent response, easy and fast schedule. Technician was professional, meticulously checked every room and provided treatment the same day of inspection. I definitely recommend!

The company as a whole perform as expected. Their communication is definitely up to par and won't try to sell you services you don't need. With that said and the reason for the 5 star rating is their staff. Specifically Jenn. She has a sparkling personality and always has a smile on her face, always friendly and will always take the time to answer any questions you may have. Her knowledge and ability to explain things in a manner that a layman can understand is unrivaled. Approaches our house with a warm greeting and will take a minute to ask "how are doing". That is of course after our dogs finish greeting her as they always look forward to the snack she brings them. When Jenn comes, its like receiving a visit from a family member. Thank you Jenn, you always manage to brighten our day.

Fred is the best technician, they have. They pulled Fred from my route. Fred is very thorough, and take the time to explain everything.What's nice is you don't have to babysit him like the last technician we had.

Abysmal customer service and company as a whole. Their formula didn’t even work. But, the techs were great. Very nice people. Customer service never returned my calls, hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone about my bill, and charged my account anyway meanwhile I have about 4 messages on my file waiting for them. Awful company and I will be telling my family, friends, and community to stay away from Orkin and go with Erlich. Oh, they answered my last call to cancel my account without asking any questions or trying to retain my business either. Horrible experience.

Daniel is fantastic!!! He does an amazing job every time and we are more than happy!!! Orkin is a fantastic company to work with, and we recommend them to everyone!!
